🚚 Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates and internationally, subject to country-specific regulations.

2. Processing & Delivery Time

•Production time for custom aligners: approx. 10–15 business days after payment and full data submission

•UAE delivery: 2–3 business days

•International shipping: approx. 7–14 business days (subject to customs)

3. Shipping Costs

•UAE: Free shipping for orders over $650

•International: Shipping costs will be shown during checkout

4. Tracking

Once dispatched, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

5. Packaging

Our products are shipped in secure, hygienic, and tamper-evident packaging.

🔁 Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours, provided production has not yet started.

2. Returns of Non-Custom Products

•Standard products (e.g. toothbrushes) may be returned within 14 days

•Conditions: unused, sealed, in original packaging

•Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is defective

3. Returns of Custom Products (Aligners)

Custom-made aligners are excluded from returns, unless:

•There is a proven manufacturing defect or damage during transport

•You must report this within 7 days, with photo evidence and a written description

Following internal review, we may:

•Offer a free replacement, or

•Issue a partial or full refund, depending on the case

4. Refunds

•Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days

•Refunded to the original payment method

•No refunds for:

•Used or damaged items (without manufacturer fault)

•Gift cards

•Promotional giveaways
